White vinegar uses are many and among them are ways to freshen your laundry and as a verg good stain remover and general household cleaner.
White vinegar is a natural bi-product produced from grain, vegetables and fruits. It has many uses around the home but is especially useful for cleaning and assisting with the laundry.
Recipe for a fresh laundry
(Always check garment’s washing instructions.)
Add 1/2 a cup of vinegar to the last wash cycle in your machine. This will reduce the static, remove any soap residue and pet hairs from your wash. It will act as a softener making your clothes feel softer and fluffier.
Recipe for a General Stain Remover
(Always make a test check on a piece of hidden fabric.)
Make a mixture of 1/3 cup white vinegar and 2/3 cup water. Dab this mixture onto the stain and blot with a clean cloth. Repeat this process until you have removed as much of the stain as possible, and then launder as usual.
Recipe for a Enviromentally Friendly General Household Cleaner
(Always check try treatment on a hidden area first.)
Mix 1 part water and 1 part vinegar and pour the mixture into a spray bottle. Use this spray to clean all surfaces around the house (except marble). This mixture will cut grease, soap scum, general household spills and act as a cleanser, disinfectant and deodorizer.
