The idea of a Swish party is to have:-

an easy way to have fun
a great way to swap clothes for free
a wonderful and joyful way to recycle
a great way to get a new wardrobe for free
to save money
to recycle and reduce landfil

Here's How to Organize a Swish Party and Declutter your Closet

Send your invitation to a bunch of friends.
You could name your party, "Swap until you Drop Swish Party"
Tell them the date and time of your party
Make the date at least two weeks away to allow them time to sort out the clothes that no longer fit or they no longer want.
Choose the biggest room in your house and borrow or somehow obtain as many clothes hanging rails you can lay your hands on.

RULES FOR SWISHING

(1) Everyone must bring at least 1 item of clothing.
(2)You will have half and hour to browse before the SWISH opens.
(3)No item may be claimed before the swish opens.
(4)As soon as the SWISH opens, everyone may take what they want.

Running a SWISH PARTY is simple. Just follow the rules of the rail!

To have a really entertaining Swish party it is great to do it with friends.
Give them a drink and a few nibbles either before the Swish or after.
Enjoy and relax in their company.
Have fun.
With friends there is no mad rush for the clothes.
Friends are more likely to be polite and make space for one-another.
When the Swishing is done, it's time to have a chatter and a laugh over the items unwanted by one member and loved by another.

At the end of the Swish Party gather all the leftover clothes together and put them neatly in a box or bag and take them to your nearest charity shop.
By having your special party you will have
